Design Therapy is a design consultancy offering expertise in residential and
commercial interior design, furnishing, architectural design and planning matters.
The practice believes that by providing well designed environments to live,
work or entertain in, peoples lives are enriched and improve, hence the use of
‘Therapy’ in the name.
After more than 20 years working for some of the top companies in London,
Geoff Sellick returned to his native West Country in 2001, to develop
his own projects and set up a design consultancy which has
developed intoDesignTherapy.
Whilst living in the South East Geoff worked for large corporations and
government bodies, including designing exhibitions for the
Victoria & Albert Museum and advising on the furnishings for Portcullis House,
the new Parliamentary buildings, designed by Sir Michael Hopkins.

Design Therapy has undertaken many commissions in Somerset, including the conversion of two stone barns to residential use, the interior refurbishment of a large Grade II listed property,and numerous planning applications, which range from small house extensions to the conversion
of agricultural buildings to nine cottages Although based in West Somerset the consultancy undertakes projects further a field and has already worked with clients in Norfolk, Wiltshire, London and Reims, France.

At the beginning of 2003 Design Therapy moved to new offices in Wiveliscombe’s well known Silver Street.

Past or present clients are encouraged to drop in for a coffee and to savour the bright and inviting atmosphere of the offices.

By keeping the practice small Geoff can assure clients that they get his personal attention from inception to completion
